The retail spaces that are currently owned by Haas-Price LLC was the location of Price Furniture Company, one of the oldest and longest operating business in Fairhope AL.

Price Furniture Company was family owned and Family run for two generations. It was established over 75 years ago by Bill Price and later run by Lillie Belle Price after Bill's untimely death. Lillie Belle remarried, and she and her husband Ray Malone ran the store for years. Upon Ray Manlone's death, Lillie Bell's son David Price and daughter Barabara Price inhereted the store and David became the Store Manager. David was later joined by his sister, Barbara Price Haas. The store was closed in the late 1900s and converted into 4 retail spaces

Company Profile

Haas-Price LLC is currently owned by the two children of Barbara Price Haas and the four children of Richard David (Donnie) Price. Donnie's son acts as the property manager, and Barbara's son takes care of the management of the LLC.

The property houses one large retail space facing 320 Fairhope Ave., and three smaller spaces at 309 De La Mare Ave.

CK Collection does business in the space facing 320 Fairhope Ave. and also runs CK Men's out of one of the three spaces on De La Mare.  Estate Jewelers of Fairhope operates out of the two other spaces on De La Mare Ave.
